Terms and conditions
Effective date: 22 July 2026
These terms govern the use of Rapid Cart. By creating an account or submitting an order request, you agree to them.
1. The service
Rapid Cart, operated by BAP Software, lets registered users ("sellers") receive structured order requests from visitors ("buyers") through a personal link. Rapid Cart does not process payments and is not a party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer.
2. Order requests are not binding orders
An order request expresses a buyer's interest, including a proposed price. No contract exists until the seller and buyer agree between themselves. Price, payment, delivery, cancellations, and returns are matters strictly between seller and buyer.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms; deactivation hides the public order page and blocks sign-in.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Rapid Cart to:
- offer illegal goods or services, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- mislead buyers or impersonate others;
- send spam or submit fraudulent order requests;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
We may remove content or pages that violate these rules at our discretion.
5. Sellers' responsibilities
Sellers act in their own name. They are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their offers (including consumer protection and distance-selling rules), for fulfilling agreements made with buyers, and for their own tax obligations.
6. Availability and changes
Rapid Cart is currently offered free of charge in early access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" — we may add, change, or discontinue features. If we ever introduce paid plans, existing users will be informed in advance.
7. Intellectual property
The Rapid Cart platform, name, and logo belong to BAP Software. Content that sellers publish on their pages remains theirs; by publishing it they grant us the licence needed to display it as part of the service.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAP Software is not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers, for the accuracy of content sellers publish, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at BAP Software's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: info@bap-software.com.
